We believe a property decision should begin with understanding the asset, the client's objective and the value being offered, rather than simply matching a buyer with an available listing. TAQYIM was established to provide a more analytical approach to property sourcing and acquisition in Lebanon.
Our Approach
We first understand what you need and why you are buying. We then identify suitable opportunities, narrow the search, assess the shortlisted properties and compare the strongest alternatives. When a property makes sense, we support the client through negotiation and the subsequent acquisition process alongside the appropriate legal, engineering and other professional specialists.

Our role is not to convince you that every property is a good opportunity. Sometimes the most valuable outcome of an assessment is identifying why a property does not justify further consideration. Our objective is to provide clear information and disciplined analysis so that you can make the final decision with greater confidence.
